ABOUT SELENA

I'm Selena, and I am a wedding photographer based in Bellingham, Washington.  I seriously loved planning my own wedding (even the crazy stressful parts), and I completely love every part of my clients' wedding experiences (even the crazy stressful parts).  I try to be a grounding and all-inclusive presence for all my brides on their big day, and have been told more than once that I am as much wedding coordinator as wedding photographer.  I have sewn brides into wedding dresses, assembled bridal bouquets, removed stains, comforted crying Moms, and bandaged the skinned knees of flower girls.  All that "rah rah" aside, I still haven't been able to master the art of making homemade macaroni and cheese. 

I live with my husband, our two pets, and my husband's ever growing collection of old cars.  Suffice it to say that the cars outnumber the mammals significantly, and there will probably never be room for anything of mine in our garage.  I love banana pancakes with Nutella, anything with the word "Nikon" stamped on it, being Auntie to Jake and Maia, and that feeling of excitement when I start to upload wedding photos to my computer at the end of the day.  I hope to become a master in my field.  Or learn to make decent mac-n-cheese.  Until then, thankfully, there's always Stouffers...
